When the body is out of alignment we can experience discomfort in the form of chronic pain, fatigue, headaches, digestive disorders, a compromised immune system, depression, anxiety, weight gain, etc.  Health is about finding balance, strength, and flexibility.  It is possible to find relief and peace, and acupuncture is a wonderful and powerful method to do so.

Nayoung Kim is a licensed acupuncturist in New Jersey. She is also licensed to practice herbs. She holds a Masters of Science degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (MSAOM) from South Baylo University in Anaheim, CA, and is nationally accredited by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).

Holistic health and wellness is what she has been pursuing for a long time. Her interest in the relationship between mind and body led her to practice Qigong, energy healing, and yoga. As a certified yoga teacher, she has witnessed many people improve and maintain their health and mind-body balance in yoga and meditation schools, her family business. She became more attentive to people who need help in order to heal themselves due to their innatel conditions or current situations. She wanted to offer what those needed, and started to study Oriental Medicine and acupuncture, which are effective methods that affect the patients’ body and mind simultaneously to regain balance for their optimal status.

She is trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Master Tung’s acupuncture and Ryu’s nerve and soft tissue acupuncture (RSN) through her education, and uses her knowledge of TCM acupuncture with her background in energy healing to relieve pain, address health problems, and promote quality of life.
